Bespoke Custom Suits — Charlotte
I’m William Wilson, a Charlotte-based bespoke clothier with 17 years of experience helping clients look, feel, and show up at their best. My work is personal, one-on-one, and built around the understanding that image matters — not for ego, but for confidence, trust, and presence.
Based in Charlotte. Working with clients across the U.S. and around the world.

What I Do
I design and create bespoke custom suits for men who care about how they present themselves — in business, in leadership, and in life.
Every piece is built from the ground up. Every consultation is handled directly by me. There’s no handoff, no guesswork, and no pressure to fit into a template. The goal isn’t just a great suit — it’s helping you walk into a room feeling prepared, confident, and comfortable in who you are.

Over the past 17 years, my work has taken me from Charlotte to 14 countries across three continents. Along the way, I’ve had the opportunity to create looks for awards shows including the Emmys, Grammys, Oscars, and Tony Awards, and to design jackets for events such as the Black College Football Hall of Fame, the NC A&T Sports Hall of Fame, and NASCAR’s Coca-Cola 600 and ROVAL races.
That experience shapes how I work — calmly, precisely, and with a deep respect for the impact clothing has on how people are perceived.
How I Work
-
One-on-one consultations
-
Direct collaboration with me from start to finish
-
A thoughtful, guided process — not a rushed transaction
-
Charlotte-based, with national and international clients
-
I enjoy the process, the people, and the relationships that come with this work. My clients often become friends — the kind who ask for travel recommendations, restaurant suggestions, or invite me to a game — not just wardrobe advice.
WHY CHOOSE ME?
Dressing well changed my life.
It opened doors I didn’t know existed, shifted the rooms I was invited into, and changed how people experienced me before I ever spoke. That perspective informs everything I do today.
My work isn’t about selling suits.
It’s about helping others open doors the same way dressing well opened doors for me.
